Account deletion
Delete your account.
The fastest way is in the app: Settings, then Delete account. Your account is deactivated immediately and everything in it is removed from our systems within 30 days.
No phone with the app on it? Use this form instead. Enter the email address your account uses, and we will reply to that address to confirm it is really you before deleting anything. Once you confirm, the same 30-day removal applies.
Deleting your account erases your profile, walks, dogs, goals, plans, and check-ins. One important thing: a Pro subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play and is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in the store first.

Nothing else to do right now. A real person will reply to your address to confirm it is really you, so it may take a little while. Once you confirm, removal completes within 30 days.
